Booking a hosted trip takes a few minutes. Here is the full process, so you know exactly when you are committed and what you pay.
1. Send your request
Choose a trip under Choose Your Date and send the form on the trip page, or a WhatsApp message. Sending a request is free and does not commit you.
2. We confirm your place
We check that a place is still available and confirm it by email or WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours, with the payment details.
3. Pay the deposit
A deposit secures your place. The amount is shown on the trip page. Your place is held for you once the deposit is received.
4. Pay the balance
The balance is paid before the trip, at the date given in your confirmation and in our booking terms.
If your plans change
Contact us as soon as possible. The conditions for changes and cancellations are explained in our booking terms, which you can read before you pay. Travel insurance that covers cancellation is strongly recommended.
