When every place on a hosted trip is booked, the trip moves to the Hosted group trips section and opens a waiting list.
How it works
- Send the waiting list form on the trip page
- If a traveller cancels, we contact the waiting list first, in order
- If the host adds a second date, the waiting list hears before the public launch
- Joining the list is free and does not commit you
While you wait
- Look at the other trips open for booking
- Follow the host: they often announce the next trip to their community first
- Avoid buying flights before a place is confirmed
